1. Environmental protection: The ion film uses perfluorosulfonic acid and carboxylic acid resin composite film to replace asbestos chorio, and its life span is long.

2. Energy saving: The electrode spacing is close to zero contact, which greatly reduces the overvoltage drop of the electrolyte during the electrolysis process; the ion membrane electrolytic cell adopts a small polarity spacing, and the electrolyte is electrolyzed when the electrolytic is operated in high current conditions. The cation exchange membrane prevents the brine from penetrating into the alkali liquid, making it more efficient.

3. Safety: The ion exchange membrane prevents the H2 generated by the cathode and C12 generated by the anode from mixing and causing explosion.

4. High purity: The selective passage of the cation exchange membrane makes water, C12 and brine unable to pass, preventing C12 from penetrating into the caustic soda to form NaC1O or NaClO.
