Methane Chloride

The main methods for producing chloromethane, dichloromethane, and trichloromethane internationally are methanol method and methane method. Our company can provide the above two production process technologies according to customer needs.

Our company's methanol production technology for dichloromethane and trichloromethane is divided into three steps:

1. Methanol hydrochlorination adopts the "gas-liquid phase catalytic reaction technology". CH3OH and HCI react at the interface of ZnCl2 and aqueous solution. The advantages of this technology are that the reaction temperature and pressure are not high, the requirements for production equipment are low, the operating conditions are relatively relaxed, the dimethyl ether content is low, and there are fewer side reactions.

2. Chloromethane chlorination adopts "non catalytic thermal reaction technology". The reaction is carried out in a cylindrical reactor without the participation of a catalyst, while generating CH2CL2, CHCl3, and CCl4. The advantages of this technology are simple equipment structure, high yield, and easy operation.

3. The separation of chloromethane adopts the "four tower continuous distillation process" technology.

4. For the by-product CCl4, our company can provide CCl4 hydrogenation to produce CHCl3 production technology and CCl4 to produce benzamide production technology.
